A Little Bit About Me and My Yogic Journey:

To me, the study and practice of yoga should always be viewed through the eyes of a playful, open mind. My goal is to create a fun, organic approach that allows you to experience the physical body, the energetic body, and the mind—all in rhythm with the breath. In my experience, it's all too easy to get caught up in a stern, serious, and often monotonous practice. But life is already serious enough, and I believe our yoga practice should be both fun and intentional.

Yoga has always been a safe haven for me—a sparkling white room of inspiration, if you will. Every time I step onto my mat, I feel a sense of bliss, freedom, and love. It’s a place to reconnect, to let go of the outside world, and to simply be. Yoga has brought balance and peace of mind into my life, awakening my body, mind, soul, and spirit to the beauty of this very moment.

I want to share this transformative process with you. My intention is to inspire you to open those inner doors, leading you toward a more authentic, joyful version of yourself.

Yoga is medicine—medicine for every layer of our being. It’s the best kind I know, and I aim to give you tools you can use to address what you need for your unique body, mind, happiness, and fulfillment.

A little about me:

I have traveled the world studying and learning yoga, and I am a 500-hour certified yoga instructor, with over 1000 hours of YTT training. In 2016, I completed my 300-hour YTT in Indonesia; in March 2017, I completed my 500-hour YTT in the birthplace of yoga, India; and in November 2019, I completed my fourth 200-hour YTT.

I will always be a student, and I cherish my teachers, their teachers, and their teachers' teachers. Yoga is a living lineage—an orally transmitted tradition that shows us how to experience life to the fullest in this human form. I am here to share with you all that has been shared with me.

A little about my asana practice:

I strive to provide a safe, loving, and accepting space for each individual to practice in their own unique style, at their own pace, and with their own personal flair. Yoga is not just a physical practice; it's a mind-body experience. My style of teaching focuses not only on the physical aspects of yoga but also on the mental, energetic, and philosophical sides.

I call it Infused Vinyasa—a blend of yoga dance, bandha (energy locks), pranayama (breathwork), movement, energy work, philosophy, and play. It's an approach that encourages you to playfully explore your body and mind while deepening your practice.

Namaste, yogis! Come play!

If you'd like to try a class, there's a free yoga session below. I’d love to share the practice with you!

Live. Love. Laugh. Play. Sing. Smile. Dance.
